Facebook Ad Management Goes Android

[![][1]][2]Facebook ad-management system Social Ads Tool is now [a little more portable][3], having released an Android app that brings its budget, bidding, and status editing functions to devices on that platform.

The [app][4] is available via the Android Market free of charge.

[Social Ads Tool][5] developer [77Agency][6] called the app a light version of its web-based offering, "geared toward keen Facebook ads managers who want to keep an eye on their campaigns quickly and without the need for a full web browser."

The Social Ads Tool Android app contains security features to thwart unwanted access, and it also offers tips on best practices.

The 77Agency added that a full Social Ads Tool account is not required to use its Android app.

At first glance, this software seems like an Android version of Upcast's Facebook ad management tool for the iPhone, except that 77Agency's app includes status editing and security features.
