SimCity Social takes its anti-Ville slogan all the way [Video]

Man, [EA][2] and [Playfish][3] certainly seem to have a chip on their shoulders about [Zynga][4]. The duo recently released a trailer that takes their tag line--"more city, less ville"--and makes a whole damn song out of it. The 500-second long trailer shows off all the things players can do in [SimCity Social][5] to an almost bar-like chant with the resounding chorus, "more city, less ville."

We get that EA needs to differentiate its city-builder from the king, [CityVille][6], but we think it's safe to say that no one expected this. The trailer seems, dare we say, a little dude-tastic? Chanting men, bleeped-out swearing and grunts? This video is one beer away from a Miller Lite commercial complete with ... twins.

If you ask us, it's not as if the developer and publisher need to validate SimCity Social. Judging from [our review][7] and our most recent [Facebook Game Face-off][8], we like the game just fine. At any rate, check the trailer below, and tell us what you think in the comments.
