The Ville Bunny Garden: Everything you need to know

If you've reached at least Level 4 in [Zynga][2]'s [The Ville][3] on Facebook, you can now take part in the game's first limited time event called the Bunny Garden. While we've seen events revolving around items like Doghouses or [Lemonade Stands][4], this Bunny Garden is a much more complex event, even if only for the fact that you'll be timed while completing it.

When this update rolls around to your game, you'll be able to place a Bunny Garden somewhere on your land, and can then jump straight into the quests that accompany it. Here's a complete guide to finishing them off!

**Hungry Bunnies**

* Collect 3 Bunny Treats
* Feed Bunnies


You'll need to send out individual requests to earn the Bunny Treats, and can then click on the Bunny Garden and choose "Feed Bunnies" to finish this quest. You'll receive two XP and 50 coins for finishing this quest.

**Bunny Care**

* Place the Black Belgian
* Play with the Black Belgian


Upon completing the first quest, you'll be given an upgrade to the Bunny Garden and will also unlock the Black Belgian bunny. The Black Belgian will be in your inventory, so you'll need to "Place" it to finish this quest. You'll earn another two XP and 25 coins for finishing this quest.

**Double Trouble**

* Collect 9 Bunny Treats
* Attract the White Angora


Apparently, these bunnies have been eating local garden patches out of carrots, so we'll need to collect more treats to stop them from continuing to do so. As you collect treats and feed bunnies, the garden will continue to upgrade and you'll eventually attract the White Angora rabbit to your game. Finishing this quest gives you five XP and 200 coins.

**Carrot Catastrophe**

* Place the White Angora
* Play with 2 Bunnies
* Harvest 12 Carrots


Carrots take 18 hours to grow, so if you plan ahead, you can have them growing while working on other quests in this series so that you don't have to wait another 18 hours after making it this far. You'll earn five XP and 125 coins when you complete this quest.

**Bunny Proof**

* Buy 5 New Flowers
* Buy 5 New Outdoor Decorations
* Attract the Pink Flemish Giant Rabbit


Rewards: 10 XP and 400 coins

**Gentle Giant**

* Place the Pink Flemish Giant
* Clear 5 Debris
* Buy 3 Fruit Trees


Rewards: 10 XP and 600 coins
**
King of the Bunnies**

* Cook Vegetable Stew
* Harvest 12 Herbs
* Attract the Rainbow Bunny


The Vegetable Stew can be cooked by clicking on your stove and combining lots of ingredients: eight carrots, four potatoes and four tomatoes. You'll earn 10 XP and 400 coins for completing this quest, and will also unlock the Jackalope. After finishing this final quest, you can continue to interact with the Bunny Garden, but you won't be able to upgrade it any further, as of this writing.

Remember, if you don't complete this feature within the two week time limit, there are no other ways (again, as of this writing) to earn them, but any bunnies that you do recruit will be yours to keep forever. Good luck!

CityVille Keep Building on Water Goal: Everything you need to know

A couple of weeks ago, [CityVille][2] players were given the opportunity to expand far out into the water beyond the shoreline of their city and actually [unlock islands][3] in the middle of the water on which to build. Apparently, that feature went over pretty well, as another set of islands is now available to unlock via a goal with an appropriate name: Keep Building on Water.


This goal is given to players at least Level 10 or higher, and it comes with three tasks:



* Expand Your City to the Second Island
* Finish Building the Second Island
* Move 5 Completed Islands


As with the first islands feature, you'll be able to unlock islands ranging from small to large and must collect items like sand and grass to "activate" them for building. There are 16 tiles that comprise the entirety of the "Second Island," and you'll need to complete them all before finishing this goal. Your rewards for finishing this goal are 30 energy and 20 Rocket Fuels. Apparently, the movement task sees you being given space to place a space shuttle out in the middle of the water, which explains this feature's connection to that of the Space Shuttle released previously.

It's likely that yet another set of islands will be released at some point in the future, especially if players positively take to this second island in the game. If islands continue to rise out of the water in CityVille, we'll make sure to let you know!

Lost Legacies: A merely average hidden object game on Facebook

As hidden object games become more prevalent on Facebook, games will have to rely more on their stories and artwork than ever before to stand apart from the big names like [Hidden Chronicles][2] or [Gardens of Time][3]. Lost Legacies from Smeet at least has one of those elements, as the storyline sees you traveling the world, investigating ancient treasures while guided by a mysterious figure on the other end of random telephone calls. You'll explore destroyed ruins, shipwrecks, tombs, labs and much more as you make your way through the game, but unfortunately, the gameplay itself is only average.

There's no "Home World" to speak of in Lost Legacies; instead, you'll simply unlock new scenes by repeatedly playing old ones, unlocking mastery seals for repeated play. You'll need to complete certain scenes for quests and will often (too often) be asked to invite your friends to play the game as well (we timed it - less than 30 seconds pass between each attempt to get you to invite your friends to play while you're outside of scenes and "inactive"). Each scene requires around 15 energy to play, making your starting allotment of 60 energy disappear far too quickly, and the scenes themselves aren't really intriguing.

The art within each scene may be clear, but it doesn't contain enough detail to be considered "pretty." As you complete scenes, you'll only be given a small number of items to search for at a time, and the game forces you to jump into full screen at the beginning of every scene, whether you want to or not. You can jump back out at your will, but this isn't very user-friendly. This seems to be the case with the entire experience however, as Lost Legacies seems to focus too much on forcing you to do things, whether it be forcing you to invite your friends (or, at the very least open the invite window and then close it again), asking you to share news posts to your wall and so on. Furthermore, quest rewards aren't given automatically, so you'll need to repeatedly click on quest icons to see if you have rewards waiting for you that you may have forgotten about.

Lost Legacies comes with plenty of different themes in its scenes, and the game's story sets up enough mystery and intrigue early on to entice users to keep coming back for more, but there's nothing truly special about the hidden object scenes themselves that help pull players back in. You'll need to be incredibly fast to earn combo points, wasting almost no time whatsoever in finding subsequent items, and while you'll earn extra rewards with each mastery seal you unlock, Lost Legacies would be so much better if it didn't follow this now cliched setup.

All told, Lost Legacies is a merely average hidden object game in a genre that's becoming increasingly crowded, but if you're desperate for one more hidden object game to play (perhaps while waiting for your energy to recharge in other Facebook hidden object games), I suppose it couldn't hurt to give Lost Legacies a shot.

CityVille Satellite Dish: Everything you need to know

![][1] We're well on our way to completing the Tesla Coil Wonder in [CityVille][2], having already completed the [Science Center][3] and Nanotechnology School in our towns. Now, we're ready to build the Satellite Dish, which also goes along the with the Tesla Coil feature. This Satellite Dish serves as a decoration, offering a 35% payout bonus to residences and businesses, but of course, you'll need to actually build it in your town before gaining that function.

The Satellite Dish requires a whopping 50 parts to complete, which are earned through a combination of general news items posted on your wall and specific requests sent to friends. You'll need the following parts to finish it off:



* 10 Cables
* 10 Meters
* 10 Dishes
* 10 Stands
* 10 Mounts


Once you collect these items, you'll have completed the construction of the Satellite Dish and will have completed the goal that goes along with it, earning yourself 100 XP in the process. From there, you'll also need to "Master a Business to Level 2" and "Master a Crop to Level 2," with your business options being the Internet Provider or the Web Company, and the crop options being either Flax or Baby Carrots.

Hopefully, you've already grown these crops before, or already have at least one of these buildings in your town to save yourself some work, but either way, there doesn't appear to be a time limit on this entire Tesla Coil feature that would force you to rush to catch up. If nothing else, this simply gives you some long-term goals to complete while you actively work on finishing other tasks in the game as well. Good luck!

CastleVille Tending Unicorns Quests: Everything you need to know

While you're busy [raising and inspiring unicorns][2] with the help of friends in [CastleVille][3], don't forget about poor Yvette. She loves things that are cute and furry, so this new unicorn event is right up her virtual alley. She has her own set of quests to complete called Tending Unicorns, and we're here with a look at what it takes to finish them off.
**
Unicorn Worship**

* Place the Foundation for Sweet Inspiration
* Collect 6 Yellow Feathers
* Collect 5 Magic Dust


Yellow Feathers drop at random from adult peacocks, while Magic Dust is earned via a general news post on your wall. You'll receive 1,000 coins and 20 XP for finishing this first goal.

**Unicorn 101**

* Harvest 8 Carrots
* Craft 2 Mythic Monocles
* Finish building the Sweet Inspiration


Mythic Monocles are crafted inside the Studio, while the Sweet Inspiration requires more Yellow Feathers, Wood Planks and Yogurt to finish off. You'll receive 1,750 coins and 35 XP when you finish this quest.

**Unicorn Comfort**

* Craft 3 Liquid Sunshine
* Have 8 Wool
* Upgrade the Sweet Inspiration


The upgrade to the Sweet Inspiration requires Ice Cream Cones, Sugar and Shooting Stars. You can ask your friends for the Sugar or grow it yourself, but the Ice Cream Cones must be crafted in your own Kingdom or purchased with Crowns. Finally, the Shooting Stars are earned via a news post placed on your wall. You'll earn 1,750 coins and 35 XP upon the completion of this quest.

**Dances with Unicorns**

* Harvest 9 Tomatoes
* Craft 2 Decorative Pillows
* Collect from the Sweet Inspiration


Rewards: 1,500 coins, 30 XP

**Unicorn Parade**

* Have 8 Wind Chimes
* Collect 8 Amber
* Complete the Sweet Inspiration


The Wind Chimes are earned via yet another news post you'll need to place on your wall. The final level of the Sweet Inspiration, meanwhile, requires Bottles of Emerald Dye (earned by asking friends), Mortar and Doughnuts to complete. You'll earn 1,750 coins and 35 XP for finishing this final quest in the series.

With so much focus being placed on Unicorns now, it's incredibly likely that this won't be the last time we seem unicorn-themed quests in the game before all is said and done. Stay tuned!

CastleVille Inspiring Unicorns Quests: Everything you need to know

Rafael and Alastair have found something mysterious in the Gloom outside your Kingdom in [CastleVille][2], and it's up to you to investigate! What we'll end up finding is one feature that I'm guessing many people are probably going to like, as it deals with unicorns. Appropriately enough, this feature comes with quests called "Inspiring Unicorns," and we're here with a complete guide to finishing them off!

**Mysterious Tower**

* Place the Beacon of Arcadia


Rewards: 1,000 coins and 20 XP
**
Young Unicorns**

* Use the Beacon of Arcadia
* Choose a Destiny for the Unicorn
* Craft 1 Creative Juice



When you click on the Beacon of Arcadia, a new menu will pop up, allowing you to choose from four Unicorn spots. You'll be able to raise a unicorn with a friend to earn rewards, but for now, just click on "Start" under a unicorn to be able to choose its destiny. You'll choose from three destinies: Expression, Discovery and Kinship. Depending on the destiny you choose, the unicorn will become one of a select variety of animals at the end. The Discovery option, for instance, will result in a Cosmic Unicorn, a Unicorn of Aqua or a Unicorn of Magma.



After you've placed a unicorn in your kingdom to grow, you'll be able to ask your friends for help in growing it. Once you friend accepts, they will receive the same kind of unicorn in their own game, linking the two across games. As you or your friend feed your own individual unicorns, both with grow, with more feedings resulting in more powerful unicorns and more rewards that will be earned after the growth period of seven days. For the record, you can start 10 of your own unicorns at once, and can be helping with 15 of your friends' unicorns at the same time. You can only have a maximum of 70 unicorns in your entire kingdom.

As for this quest itself, you will receive 1,000 coins and 20 XP for completing it.

**Creativity on the Rise**

* Inspire Unicorns with 5 Creative Juices
* Gather 3 Tomes of Lore
* Have a Medium Unicorn or Better


The Tomes of Lore are earned by posting a general request to your wall. You'll receive 1,500 coins and 30 XP for finishing this quest.

**Equine Protection Clause**

* Craft 7 Creative Juiced
* Banish 2 Goblins
* Have 1 Large Unicorn


Rewards: 1,500 coins, 30 XP

**Proper Unicorn Care**

* Have 8 Magic Beans
* Craft 1 Horseshoe
* Gather 4 Rainbow Feathers


Rainbow Feathers drop from adult peacocks at random. You'll receive 1,000 coins and 20 XP when you finish this quest.

**Un-Herd**

* Have 6 Enchanted Ink
* Craft 9 Creative Juices
* Have 1 Unicorn at Epic level or better


Rewards: 1,500 coins, 30 XP

**Measuring Up**

* Craft 5 Creative Juices
* Have 5 Unicorns Unleash Their Inspiration
* Tend a Fully Inspired Unicorn 5 Times


To "unleash" inspiration, a Unicorn must have been in your Kingdom for at least seven days. Completing this task with an individual unicorn will actually reward you with castle points and extra goodies, depending on how much they were fed, so you'll need to do this with five different unicorns in order to finish this quest. When you do so, you'll earn 1,000 coins and 20 XP.

While the rewards for each individual quest in this series aren't that great, the simple fact that we can now fill our Kingdoms with unicorns is enough to make at least this gamer excited. Stay tuned for more on this new unicorn-centric feature!

A soldier's life can often be a lonely one, and it's with that in mind that [Pioneer Trail][2] introduces us to a new feature and set of goals to complete: Soldier's Pen Pal. Flintlock has apparently written a letter to Fanny, asking if her students would be available to become pen pals with his soldiers to boost their morale. You'll be able to help you own in-game children become pen pals with soldiers via new goals and a new structure that must be built on your Homestead. Let's get started!

**New Pen Pal**

* Collect 8 Fanny's Writing Guides
* Place a Military Mailbox


Rewards: 500 XP, Spitted Pig, Rhode Island Red Chicken

Along with these goals, there are also new collections to complete, including one that offers you a July 4th Crate for completing it. There are nine goals in all to complete in this new series, and you'll have the next two weeks (14 days, to be exact) to finish them off. * Get 10 Chinese Rain Blossoms
* Harvest 150 Red Tulip
* Harvest Baby's Breath Penguin Twice



Rewards: 5,500 coins, Chinese Rain Tree, 275 XP

**Rooster Brush**

* Get 11 Cockscomb
* Harvest 150 Peas
* Craft a Fertilize All


Rewards: 6,000 coins, Unwither, 300 XP
**
Coming Up Roses**

* Get 12 Red Roses
* Harvest 200 Cabbage
* Master Baby's Breath Penguin to Level 1


Rewards: 6,500 coins, Red Rose Unicorn, 325 XP

As with some other goal series, this one ends with a Unicorn, which should instantly pique the interest of many players that may not have worked to complete these goals otherwise. As we said above, you'll have two weeks to finish all of these goals off, and hopefully by playing across your many farms, you'll be able to plan ahead and finish these goals within that amount of time.
